The Problem

As a multi-level marketing company, Shaklee's distribtors are tasked with not only managing their own business, but tracking and managing the teams below them. Their system was outdated; many were running their business manually, with pencil and paper, or not using the system at all. The result was missed opportunities, frustration, and in some cases defeat.

Our Approach

Our team conducted stakeholder and distributor interviews in order to better understand how distributors ran their business. This empathetic approach allowed us to create experience principles to drive a solution that truly meets the needs of the user. Multiple sprints and design interations, followed by user testing, produced a solution that helps distributors easily run their business and motivate their teams towards success.
